Convection Fans not working in Auto

Noticed the house cooling down today particulary on the far end where I have a duct from my Pocono. Checked the thermostat and everything was fine. Pushed up the T-stat a few degrees to warm things up. A few hours later still noticed it was cool at the other end of the house. Feed rate was up....nice fire in the stove but the convection fans weren't working. Put Them in manual position and they are fine....both working and blowing warm air into both ducts. House warmed up as result. Just wondering if I am missing something or is it possible for the Combustion Fan auto control in the coal trol to stop working?

I'll have to look at this a little closer the next couple of days to see if it continues but I just thought I would check in.

Check your setting for CFT (convection fan threshhold), it might have been changed when you didn't mean to do it. Factory default is 8 see if it is still on 8, the higher the number the more feed rate it takes before the fans start.

You can also increase CFM (convection fan minimum speed) the default is 30 but it can be raised up as high as 50, this will limit the minimum fan speed so that once it does start it runs at a faster speed right away.

My pocono has been running the same way. Nice fire going, feed rate up, fans at idle. My cft is set at six. But the house has been warm. I dont think it has been cold enough for coal trol to kick the fans on. On occasion, mine come on just briefly at a very low rate.

Matt- How do you adjust cfm? I dont think mine has that option. I have the Coal-trol digital model ts2-v3.

My fans barely run at FR<30, you can hardly hear them, but it hasn't been too cold 40s-50s. IT takes a while for the fans to kick up to max, you have to have a higher feed rate for the fans to kick to a higher setting.

CFT
You have to go into the ADVANCED Menu setup for the other options. I think hold the menu in for like 10-15 seconds? then scroll thru the choices.
