Conctrete City's Fate

I see that they demolished the old Susquehanna Coal CO. building on W. Main St. Nanticoke PA.
Now I'm hearing rumors of the demolition of Concrete City in the Hanover Section of Nanticoke
I heard they want to develop the site.I'm not sure if this is true or not.Has anyone heard this or know
what's going on.I'd appreciate any response or feedback.
