Hey Gerard,
I'm a stones throw away in Mt. Joy! Been getting my coal delivered from Garmans going towards Manheim on 772. If I recall I payed 190 for a ton of rice coal last year.

I have bought coal from Kreiders @ $207 /ton and Mellingers @213 /ton. I like Mellingers better - Reading coal.

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I am a blacksmith(I'm new) in Lancaster City. A couple of weeks ago I bought a ton+ of coal from a homeowner who assured me that it was the bituminous coal I use. Turns out it is Anthracite pea coal that I need to get rid of and hopefully make my money back. I paid 100 for the ton+ and would be happy to get that back, I will even help you load the coal. The coal is clean and dry, they stored it in the garage and I have it in an indoor bin, and burns really really well, so well it nearly burned up my forge! As I said I am right in Lancaster off prince Street, I might even be interested in a trade if you have something to offer.
