Close enough. My friend's family had 135 acres in Bethel, NY. a few miles from Yasgur's farm and Woodstock maaaan. They owned the hunting land with partners, and they had to sell a few years ago due to the arrangement they had. Developers came in and raped the land to make McMansions, then went broke and never finished.
That was some beautiful land, rolling hills, farmer's fields, ponds, sedimentary rock formations.

Anyway, it's an old spring house. They never took water from it due to the fact that they leased the field above to hay farmers that fertilized with chicken manure.
