What I have said is that it takes much more than you seem willing to acknowledge to do that. You simply can't "make stuff" without electricity and other infrastructure, as well as the whole range of support people you like to devalue, from secretaries to the cleaning staff, as well as a marketing, sales and legal framework, encompassing all the people who do that work, including lawyers.
