CSM in Twin Rivers, MA - Are they still open?

What's the deal with this place? They've removed their contact phone number from their website and ask you to email them for contact info and hours. So I emailed them and get no response. Are they still doing business? I purchased my stove from them and need some replacement parts and thought I'd go through them to help out a local business. They are a bit of a ride for me so I'm not just going to drive there just to find them closed. Anyone know anything about this business?

I did business with them 2 years ago, however there is new management there and strangely, all sorts of craigslist ad's for coal burning items for sale. To bad, because the original owner was a great guy!!!!

They have moved to a bigger place in Three Rivers on main st. They still sell stoves stokers and boilers from alaska and keystoker and still sell excellent coal.

Thanks for the update. Funny how the economy affects ever single one of us. I know they had new EFM's on a pallet for sale all over the net. Hope it works out, They deserve a break!

Thanks for the updates everyone, but has anyone actually been there lately or spoken too them recently? I still have not had any response to my email I sent to them on the 15th. I ended up ordering my parts from another supplier even further away. Just looking for some place to get parts closer to me.

I was there just a few weeks ago. They have most every part you need in stock most of the time. I think they still have the same ph number 413 267 4334. I usually just go I do not call.

anyone know where they get their coal from ?, I burned 3-4 bags of their rice last week and it was sweet stuff. No fines, low ash compared to the Santa bag,nice high flame, window stayed cleaner.

I purchased from CSM last year and thought their coal was pretty good with the exception of a few big rocks, the debris in the coal and those darn plactic fiber bags (I really hate those bags). I am using Blaschak currently and the ash content is much higher and the temp slighly lower than last year's coal from CSM.
