Snow in VA

Snow in VA

PostBy: lowfog01 On: Sat Dec 19, 2009 1:46 pm

Hi everyone from the snowy south,

Once again the mighty Potomic has saved us. The national weather service has put out a blizzard warning for areas in MD north of the river. Oh, we still have the wind and snow but since we are in VA, south of the river, no blizzard. :(

Here are some shots of my yard about half way through the BIG snow storm of DEC 09. The last time we had this much snow was in 2003 and it's still coming down with the worst expected between 6 and 12 tonight. The wind is picking up, too. It's a good day to stay at home and enjoy the coal stove. Take care, Lisa
