I want to change my Email or Password

Either of these can be changed in User Control Panel.

Click the Link for the "User control Panel" in the upper left.
Click the Profile tab.
On the left hand side click the link "Edit account settings".
All of the fields should be empty however your browser may have filled these in based on auto fill settings.
Delete anything that might be filled in.
Fill in the new email address or password you want in both fields.
Fill in your current password in the last box to confirm.
Hit submit, you may be required to confirm this change through email verification if so you'll have on screen instructions.
