Max Baucus Drunk on Senate floor?

Perhaps you should find out the source of your unsubstantiated rumors come from before you repost them. Oh, and I'll add that in the same facebook post by pedophile Mark Foley, he claims that Baucus ran him out of town. No mention of the role his page chasing antics played.

Just because you heard it on glenn beck doesn't make it true.

Earth to TVB, the source is the video itself. Is Someone wearing a Max Baucus costume?

Having said that I don't watch Glenn Beck, matter of fact I rarely watch any network or cable news. I across this video and it appears to me he's drunk based on my own experience with people that have been drinking. The mannerisms, slurring of speech and other indicators are all there for someone that has been drinking.

Richard, you might try reading my posts above. I did discuss the vid.

Too bad you're drowning in the Kool-Aid.

It has everything to do with Foley. This video is from the 22nd. The Senate was full of republicans and democrats alike. No one raised any flags (and there were at least 40 colleagues in that space who would love to make noise about this if they had any suspicions). In addition, there are thousands upon thousands of people who watch C-Span, including lots of ambitious interns at Faux News because that's their job. Every media outlet, in fact, has people both in the chamber and watching the proceedings. Blogs galore monitor the proceedings. They are all broadcast live via Senate TV on the internet and C-Span.

On Sunday, a full five days later, Mark Foley posts on his facebook that he thinks Baucus was drunk. Prior to his smear, not one single person raised a flag! Not one, Richard. Zilch, nada.

This is simply an ugly smear campaign by admitted pedophile Mark Foley. Nothing more, nothing less. No one else mentioned it for a full five days because there wasn't anything to mention.

Of course, since you deleted the post I'm responding to, this reply won't make sense to others so I'll summarize ala mark foley: Richard must be drunk because he's deleting posts now but what he said is that he didn't think Mark Foley had anything to do with this smear campaign against Sen. Baucus. I mean, he must be drunk because why else would he act that way?

For all you know or I know, he was on some type of medicine, perhaps something as innocuous as cold medicine. Again, your video is NOT proof. You need a blood alcohol test otherwise you are smearing based upon assumptions.

??? I edited my post, the "last edited" doesn't show up when I edit.

As far as other posters comments, nothing ever gets deleted. It gets moved to hidden forum. Any edits made to a members post will have reason stated in the "reason for edit" or a PM is sent.

As I suggested in my original post there is possibility there was medical reason however any new report I've found on this has Baucus denying it with no other explanation.

I suppose it's just common Democrat practice to be wasted on the job. Ted Kennedy did it on a regular basis, & even KILLED a woman, yet he gets revered as the best politician in history. A MA politican was just busted for his second or third DUI .... and blamed failure of the breathalyzer (sp?) on 100 proof toothpaste!!! :gee: There's 100 more Dems in MA who have committed all kinds of unethical crimes, yet they get elected year after miserable year ..... by people like you guys, Stocking & TVB.

I guess you don't give a *censored* that these morons are taking the country even farther down the sewer pipe of history ....

So, you're trying to claim that you just randomly woke up this morning and decided to pull up c-span archives from 12/22? Right-O, Richard. And if anyone believes what Richard just claimed, I have a bridge for sale you might be interested in.

Could be he`s totally exhausted & fed-up after all the time spent trying to come up with a bipartisen bill only then to realize that they had no intentions of producing anything but delay .

There's nothing to discuss. I wasn't there, you weren't there, and there is absolutely no evidence that he was drunk. He owes no one an explanation beyond what he has already said.

You're walking a very thin line when you accuse me or anyone else of lying based on your assumptions.
