Retail sales where up in December?

Retail stores said that sales where up in December didn't they? Then how come commerce is now saying that sales where down? What the hell is going on? Anybody got any real answerers? Are we stuck with a bunch of frickin idiots that tell us anything to to be heard? I'm just not getting it at all............I'm an ASS and I'm proud of it...A broke proud ASS matter of fact! But may I add, my broke proud ASS is getting really really fighting mad about all this number *censored*!

I gave up believing anything in the media a long time ago. Cancelled my newspaper subscription last summer ..... was a waste of money.

I still watch the news, but I take everything with a grain of salt. I pay more attention to what the locals are saying .... more truth to the rumors than the ones in the news.

You know what burns my ass too is, "WE" paid a bank to be a bank, they started going belly-up. So then "WE" bailed out the banks to be banks again, now there spend money up the whazooo just like before or worse and it's costing "US" even more of "OUR" money. Now there going to tax the banks so they don't spend so much of "OUR" money on management of "OUR" money. But that tax will be passed on back to "US" to pay. Looks like a loop to me, a Scam, a Paradox, We been hood winked. Everything that there going to do to try and stop this mess comes right back into the working guys lap. So why don't they just cut to the chase, get rid of the over head and just put us on bread and water, pay off the frickin debt we owe to other countries, and lets settle it once and for all. And stop giving all or cash to other countries!!!!!

Retail sales up but sales tax revenue down..........hmmmm.
