After a frustrating two months, I finally got the hang of my coal boiler. Thanks to all of the regular contributors on this forum, you're a godsend. I spent alot of time lurking through threads and even posted a topic before to see what information I could glean from you all.

I plan on hooking up my manometer and properly calibrating my baro this weekend-hoping this results in even longer burn times. I think I may also upgrade to bigger,8" baro soon as I suspect that my 6" baro may be insufficient for my chimney.

I'm glad you got it running and have worked most of the bugs out of it. Yup, sure is a learning experience!
