I am finding black dust in my house I am not creating any dust when transfering the ash out of the house.totally clean basement and careful handling. does anybody konw a solution to this contining problem. I tried to contact alaska stoker stoves in bloomsburg Pa. without success.not even a recording on the unansered phone.

if you look at my reply the last time you posted this question, you will see that i answered your questions. it's not the ash, it's the loading of the coal itself; be more carefull when you load the hopper or wet the coal before you do. that's it. that's the solution. keep asking the same question and people will begain to think you're a troll.
