How to cut 6" hole through concrete???

Actually, I ended up cutting a 5" hole with a hand held core drill held at just about waist level. The drill had a built-in bubble level, so it really wasn't too hard to do. Very intimidating at first, but once the bit got started into the concrete, it was actually pretty easy. 5" is definitely the limit for a handheld drill, though. Any larger and you'd need a fixtured setup.
