lake effect this AM--I guess we're supposed to get slammed Tues. PM & Wed. all day---time will tell--My mom is 96 & is in an all care facility just outside Philly--talking to her last night I made her look out her window & she asked "when did that happen???" gotta love the old girl--she has made it way longer then I anticipate

It looks like we will be catching the tail end of your storm this time around. Our neighborhood streets are still impassable so no school buses can run and schools are closed again. I would expect the same thing for tomorrow and Weds seeing as there is a 90% chance of picking up 5 or 6 more inches on top of the one lane, packed snow we have on the side streets. Heck, prior to "the storm" just that amount alone would be enough to close schools for a couple days. The grocery stores have not been resupplied and some area neighborhoods are still without power.
