Small ladder with two sawhorses, traffic cone cut off to
fit sand bag.

One person shoveling , no wacked fingers or persons
as second holds bags around traffic cone.

Third person ties bags using 12 inch lengths of baling twine-
reusable baling twine or hemp twine.

Only four inches of open mouth sand bag needed to tie bag with twine.

Durable reusable sand bags available from Gemplers and others'
and they font spit dust when moved or when bagging.

They stack well and are not heavy when loaded with coal.

Its a case of being tired from shoveling or not I guess.

The coal mines and contract packers are only using 40 and 50
pound sacks to reduce comp injuries from exertion.
