Been running one flue for the oil fired and stoker for 2 years now.

No problems works great, clay liners, 1950's construction.

I wouldn't be concerned about any laws until I sell the house anyway, I also cut all the tags off my mattresses, the sleepware cops haven't caught me yet. ;)

I think most everyone knows it will work as long as you have enough draft. The problem is, some people worry about ins. co's not paying in case of fire and some actually want to do things according to code.
