How does something like that go unnoticed, he was convicted twice. It's not like it it's being hidden at least as far as the courts go.

Theres no responsibility factors in place ,YET, for ??? yearly conformation of ones driving record...

I believe for all drivers of state or govt vechicles on record, there needs to be a Yearly or bi-Yearly automatic check run via the "department" to which the vechicle is registered.

if it saves one life..... ;)

Yea but he smashed the cars, one can assume he crashed the cars and the police showed up and he was arrested.

Carson says he paid for damage to the vehicles on both occasions out of his own pocket, but failed to notify the commission as required.

The PA. turnpike commission is a Gov. of itself. Thats why when Rendell wanted to sale or lease it he had to first find jobs for everybody. The ones interested knew where the problem was & wouldn`t keep big wigs on as part of the deal. Thats why Toll Gate Ed was searching for a new turnpike for the flunkies to run into the ground.

Never really had problem with Turnpike, always seemed well maintained. One of the reasons for the high tolls is because they turn over a few billion a year to the state.

I don`t think the turnpike was turning much if any over to the state until Act44 which all of a sudden & a few billion borrowed along with a huge increase in tolls gave the Commission extra funds & thats based on the hope that I-80 becomes a toll rd. Pa already has (I believe) the highest diesel tax & about the third highest gas tax. The turnpike is the third less effifcent turnpike there is & Act44 allowed Ed & his gang more power & they already increased the size of the commission. I think the worse is yet to come from tollgate Ed & his merry band of theives.
