Tomorrow is up in the air because of the machine so I'm going to cancel it.

Not sure if I'll reschedule because we'll probably do this during the week some time.

Thanks to those that offered to help.

Keep me posted, Richard, if it's during the week I might be able to sneak away for a day, next Saturday 03/06 no problem. Has any disassembly been done on it yet?

If anybody is close by and wants to make the trip I'll be at my house by 10. We're going to try and get it out today, the owner of the machine was little hesitant to let him have it because of the weather but he's going to let him use it.

You're going to get off the Pittston exit, exit 175 going North or Exit 175A going south.

You'll be on 315 at this point. In either direction go to the first light which is Oak Street, note there is a light at the end of the 175 exit so it would be second light. If you got off exit 175 make a left. If it's 175A make right.

Go about 1.5 miles down Oak Street, that road terminates at the Pittston Bypass. Make a right onto the Pittston Bypass. Go to first light at William Street and make left. Follow William St. to the first light and make right onto Main St. Pittston.

Again go to first light and make left to go across the concrete bridge. Immediately make a right after the bridge onto Susquehanna Ave. You'll be going along the river now. Make the left at first stop sign onto Linden St. House is about half way down the block on the right.

If anyone need different directions let me know.

I'll be there for most of the day up until about 5 or 6. Be sure to wear warm clothes, no heat obviously. If you have tube heater and want to bring it fantastic. :D

whoa I missed this one or I would have offered the service of my wrecker. Glad it's done. Did the boiler come apart like a EFM?

Thanks but we had all the machinery we needed. The contractor that is going to demo the house brought over a small excavator and ripped 1/3 the roof and walls off the front porch on the right side. Then we cut a hole in the wall and the floor. My Brothers buddy brought a tri-axle with one of those telescopic cranes up by the cab. All they did was wheel everything over to the hole and lift it out onto the back of the truck. LOL...we even had spectators.

Me and my Brother took a lot of stuff apart on Friday and I finished up the rest of it yesterday while they were getting the hole cut and the other tools out.

Went pretty easy, never seen how a EFM is put together but I'd imagine it's same. The stoker is attached with a big plate to the back of the boiler.

Glad you were able to get all the machinery out, heavy equipment sure makes it easier.
