Was just talking about it tonight. I was told this is the first year they bottled it. True or false, I can't say. I'll be looking for some.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Nice. I am real partial to good Bock beer. Sounds like a trip to Pottsville should be put together. Anybody up for a tasting trip? :)

False they made it 40 years ago Just bringing it back for a limited time 10 to 12 weeks to help celebrate there birthday 180 years Released Jan 18 2010

I,ve had two cases so far and I find it very true to the style. Please judge it for what it is. Now if they would only have a limited run of Bavarian for the summer. I miss that stuff.

You mean the true bavarian from the Mount Carbon brewery that was a good beer . Much better then Yuengling beer
I remember when they bought the rights and recipe in for it in 1977 Yuengling brewed it until 1986 still was not as good
as when Mount carbon brewed it . Also I think the biggest reason Yuengling stopped brewing it was it was out selling their own brands they where brewing That was a good beer
