Bloody Mary blowhard I think not. Dude, very good mix. I had to mix a special strong one before work monday the other day and wouldnt you know it worked. I woke up tuesday with no hangover at all. The bossman was a bit curious about monday, but eh, what the hell.SMITTY wrote:Where am I? I don't even know where I am half the time!
I'm not big on Bloody Marys ... it's usually easier to take a couple shots straight from the bottle to help through a rough morning ...... but here's one I use:
4oz tomato juice
1oz lemon juice
4 shots of Ketel One Vodka
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
A pinch of celery salt
A little black pepper
On real bad mornings, up the dosage to 6 shots ..... that'll make the taste not matter so much.

Just a couple variations:
1. Lime wedge instead of lemon juice.
2. Old Bay Seasoning generously instead of the pepper and celery salt.
3. Don't forget a celery stalk in the glass.
4. Add a shot of clam juice, back off a bit on the Worcestershire and Tabasco, and reduce or scrap the horseradish for the national drink of Canada, the "Bloody Caesar."
