Here are some numbers and some pictures for all members to see, those who would like to reply, please provide the following:
Stove status ( on/off )
Outside temperature
Inside temperature
Stove temperature, body, glass
Chimeny temperature
Providing pictures is optional , comments are welcome.

Why shut the stove off, if you can have it running as you see in the picture ?

My stove is on, you can expand the picture and see some coal glowing, ( by the way, that's not manual adjustment, it's fully automatic ) outside is 59, inside 69, stove temp 85.2 , glass at 91.2, and chimey at 73

I sure would love to provide all that data, but I just don't have the time. All I can say is that the Harman is now out and may stay that way till the fall. The Alaska is, of course, still burning and will stay that way for the duration making hot water and ready to provide heat on a chilly day. :D

The Harman is out. I burned the last loose coal over night and won't open anymore until fall. I finished the year with 9 bags left. Take care, Lisa

Shut down the LL Pioneer this morning, with temps predicted in the 60s all week with lows in the 40s. The house warms up enough (when it's sunny) to hold the daytime heat with temps as mild as the 40s in the evening, dropping down to the lower 60s in the main living space by morning. In fact yesterday the temps were mid-60s and the feed rate only went above 0 maybe an hour or two before I got up at 6 this morning, with temps barely down in the 30s last night. Next week is predicted to be 10-20 degrees cooler, so I'm not expecting to be down for more than maybe a week before relighting.

I have another 250-350 pounds and with any luck that'll hold me the rest of the winter with room to spare. If it does, I can say I burned less than 2 tons this season! :) That's keeping the house above 70 in the living space, and with only two weeks not burning around Christmas time this season.

A quick reminder to people running in this warm weather, draft efficiency will be reduced so you may find you actually have to run higher idle levels than usual to avoid under drafting and CO leakage. If you have a manometer, keep an eye on your draft. If you don't have one, make sure you have a CO detector and that it has a good battery in it. :)

The Mark II is idling, I'll keep t going until May. I'll need to get another 500# or so to get me through. As of right now, I can put myhand on the stove for however long I choose.

The DS Basement #4 is just loafing along...
I let it ash up quite a bit to cut the heat back...
Just a center portion has active coals...
The stove holds 175 lbs of coal so if the full bed was active...
I would need the windowstats...
The house stays at 72* now...
I should be burning till mid May as it is damp and cool by the shore...
