Coal mine for sale listed in Pocono's CL. Maybe get it cheap like the Chubby that just sold on ebay. :roll:

I am acting as the point of contact for the seller. I have documents for and photos of the mine and associated equipment. This is a strip-mining operation and is currently operating with all permits.
