Finally got lucky

Someone must have been asleep. I was the winning bidder on E-bay for a 108K btu hanging water to air heat exchanger. An Airtherm unit, much like a Modine For the real deal of a price of 50 bucks When I called the guy to arrange shipping, I inquired about the other three units that were pictured on the pallet in the add. He got very angry and said that the last one he sold for $490. Oh well

Sucks to be him - He should have used a reserve or started bidding at a more reasonable price.

I'll be posting alot of pics this summer. I'm building a greenhouse with a coal boiler for a heat source. Right now its in a new box sitting next to the door. Ready to go out in storage. I looked it up on the airtherm website. HAB108 around 20"x 24"

That happened to me with a Sony Handicam somebody gave me. I never used it, saw an identical one sell on Ebay for $165, mine went for $90 a week later.

What sucked the most was I had filmed this redhead stripper from IN .... and the tape was in the camcorder ...

I had to chime in about the "gettin' lucky' Super Stroker Stoker. I was sure it involved a large Coal Chubby...but kinda the same thing. Feels great to finally get the 'big score', even if it's a Modine type device. I thought Scotty was probably getting in on some of Jesse's overburden....but refreshing to know he's successfully completed the 'Tiger Rehab'.
I won an ebay auction on a almost new EFM DF520 for 4200 in 08, and the deal was nixed and the seller was kicked off ebay. Make sure you specify a reserve or a realistic starting bid, or it can bite you....in the rump!

Fred sure knows about the 'redhead thing', otherwise known as "some like it hot." It goes without saying that a Harley is the ultimate combo for two Hot Machines!

Snow everywhere here this AM....leaves are trying to POP, and it's is a photo op that we will have to take advantage of.
Melted on road surfaces already, no plows or sand or salt for this one. 31 degrees and a rainy weekend upcoming.
