In between that I've been gutting the Jimmy, doing some tires, & repairing an old arc welder. That welder is a Miller .. year unknown, as the number panel is missing. What I do know is it's powered by an Onan CCK-S/435E. Been sitting for 15 years! More than likely it just needs points & carb clean ...... either that or I'm a weakling & can't pull the rope fast enough!

Smitty,
That's an old 16hp Onan twin cylinder. The original Miller's were always Blue. Miller used Orange on the Airco, Red I have no idea as Lincoln never used Miller. Maybe it was repainted. Looks like an AC arc only. The year would be between 1975--1981.
I worked in a welder repair shop from 1980 --1985 for Airco/BOC

Busy day today. Opening day for T-ball for the two younger boys. Pictures at 8:30, opening ceremony at 9:30, home for lunch and a game at 12:30.

All in a steady cold drizzle. Glad I have the Mk I up and running still. It was 92* here a week ago and it's 40* today. Good old New England!

Looks like you have another source for power when the storms come...
Raw down on The Cape, burnin' Pea coal now 74* inside...
Love the Wawa...
Much better than Cumby's or Hess up here...
Was lookin' for a lake or river when the directions said 'take a right after the Wawa'...

Today was t-ball game day opener for my daughter. I am an assistant coach so I was busy at the game. Our team just happens to be all girls and they did very good. It was a chilly 52 with a 20 mph wind, which made for some cold kids. Everyone had a alot of fun, I came home and took a big nap, t-ball is hard work.

Just got home, I need to mow the front yard..

The AA is burning just fine. Keeping he place warm and the water hot.

Inspite of the cold temps, the Bradford Pear trees and the 'weeping' cherry trees are in bloom.

The temperature never made it to 80* after all. It's been steadily dropping all day. I'm glad I didn't give into temptation and put my garden in. :) I was able to do some work in the back yard. I still can't get anything to really grow on the steep hill made of back fill but some of the lillirope and vica I put there last year made it through the winter. The dry creek bed we put in to control the erosion did it's job, too, and at least the neighbor's yard is still there. That's an major improvement. Well, it's time to go turn on the Natural gas, booooo and turn off the AC. What a crazy time of the year this is. Take care, Lisa

Well,
We got the chicken coop, quite an ordeal, it just fit. Took four guys to get it into the truck. It was a good deal at $150. The people that sold it had to get rid of it. A Town Inspector was next door forcing somebody to remove an unregistered vehicle, when he spotted the coop and made the people get rid of their chickens. Must have made his week. I told the lady this used to be America.

The coop is set in my buddies back yard, his dogs really needed to check it out.
