Have any of you dog lovers been following this story? I know exactly what I would do to the owner of this poor dog. Wonder how she would like some dirt for dinner.

Out here in the country we get abandonned cats all the time. Seems people think it's ok to just abandon them. We are on our second family of abandoned cats.
