This is kinda cool to watch. This is on some island off Calif. Neat to watch them grow up.

That is cool! We have 24 documented pairs of nesting Bald Eagles between DC and Baltimore, MD. One state park along the Potomac River has the "eagle walk" were you can actually observe them in the wild. We don't live to far from there and one time when I was working outside the sun was blocked out for a moment and when I looked up there was a Bald Eagle passing through. It was huge! That is something I never thought I'd see in my life time but my kids take it as sort of normal having seen them here and at other parks like Yellowstone and such. Lisa

See them a lot in Ky now, its nice, I never saw that as a child, Fish and Wildlife has done a great job in our state, we have deer and turkey in abundance, i never saw these when i was small, now they are taking on native walleye and quail.

I watched one grab a fish from the river, almost as big as itself and fly off into the distance one day.

I was in awe. :)

We have couple nesting prs. One down the road bout 1/2 mile and one south in the old forest , bout 1/4 mile. I see them fly over every now and then. Also the Perry Nuke plant has a nesting pr. They have made a huge comeback. Alaska has to many.
