yea buddy,been there,done that on Long Beach Island after Hurricaine Hazel a couple yrs back--also was on a Chinese Junk that sprung a diesel leak & squirted a bunch in Boston Harbor & it broke it right up--Coast Guard suggested it as they were ticketing us :)
