Well the computer is working out well , I'm posting from it now but what a pain the ass. I'm not going to be back to normal until hopefully tonight. One thing fer another, simple things. My copy of XP is so old it only had WEP encryption so I had to disable encryption temporarily until I upgraded windows. Just one of many little things... Probably into about 30 restarts at his point.

Just shutting down to replace the fan in the power supply was enough for me.Probably into about 30 restarts at his point.
