Sorry to hear of your loss. Dog's don't ask much from us, yet give so much. A little food, fresh water & they're ready to love you for life. Sadly, the final responsibility is to say goodbye & lay them to rest. It's always a tearful day.
I hope the good memories of him stay with you for years to come.

John, sorry to hear that Havik lost his battle. I know how happy he always was to see me ;) How's Rokit taking it? I know when we would loose one of the pride we had for 25 years, the others would look around for a few days and then get closer to us. They knew too. Hard to believe it's been two years since our last one but I'll never forget them and I'm certain Havik will be up there with the others. If you want to lift a lager, I'm just down the road.

John, sorry to hear about Havik.. I never met him, but I feel for ya. Our Mikos is getting up there in years, and his running has turned into trotting or walking now. But he still gives me a barking greeting with a big smile, everytime I get home. Who could not love that.

Hi John, sorry to hear of your loss.. I know you and Havik were great friends, and we get so attached to our pets. They just don't live long enough. I remember you consoling me when my big dog/buddy/friend died a few years ago..

Take care pal...

Very sorry John. I know the pain well. It's the price we pay for their unconditional love and companionship. In the end it's all worth it.

We lost 2 dogs to cancer/ old age in 2006. It still brings tears to my eyes when I think of them! No purer love than that of a dog. After all, dog spelled backwards spells GOD. I only hope my 3 labs outlive me this time! So sorry for the loss.
