For clarification, I emailed Dean at Hitzer with a list of questions and he graciously answered them.

The 608 stove is double-walled on the back and top, weighs 500 lbs and uses a twin-fan squirrel cage blower that equalizes the washing of the heat from the stove, resulting in no cold or hot spots.

The 710 furnace is double-walled on both sides and the back and weighs about 550 lbs.

And Dean also said, quite interestingly, "Both of our stokers do internally wrap the air stream all the way around the flue gas chamber extracting more of the heat from the flue gas."
