Just talked to little Buck they are still at $130/ton picked up. Only problem is they deal in mostly mine run coal so if you don't live close they may not have any when you get there.

Its all mine run when it comes out of the ground But once it is crushed and sized & cleaned it is coal
I was there today the mine will be done producing coal in about two more weeks then it is done and closed they are looking for another vein of coal about 1.5 to 2 miles up the road on the Mountain from the current location
There is No Rice Buck mix left about 1 ton of Nut a half ton of Stove about 4 tons of PEA left as of today at 10:15AM
and no more lump coal to make sized coal So unless they hit a big vein of coal and can sink a hole there will be no more coal coming out of Little Buck coal co,

We deal exclusively with Stockton Anthracite in Hazleton, PA. Will knock the socks off Reading, Blashak, and all the other big names. Really, really good quality coal.

With that being said, any size picked up from our yard:

Bulk-- $220/ton
Bagged-- $6.85/50 lbs or $265/ton

Summer fill program (pay and take delivery between April and August, $20 discount per ton)

Delivery runs anywhere from $20+ depending on location, and whether its dump, chute, or auger to unload.

We deliver within 100 miles of 14560.

$265/ton bagged Kimmel's nut in Narragansett, RI. Great guy to deal with, he met me on a Saturday and let me split a pallet to buy a 1/2 ton. Found him last year on CraigsList. Contact:

My '93 Corolla wagon handled the 1/2 ton pretty well with the bags evenly spread to distribute the load.

I just got a half ton of bulk nut the other day, the Amish dealer near Linesville has it & rice in bulk. He will put it in feed bags for you if thats how you want it but either way its all done by hand & takes awhile. $230/ton, I don`t think its too high of a price for western Pa., next time I`m there I`ll find out where its from, I would suspect Blaschak since thats what he has in bagged.

Just had my son-in-law and two grandsons pick up a full pallet of bagged nut yesterday. It was $318 for 2400lbs. They unloaded and stacked it for me. It only took them about fifteen minutes to unload and stack.

(Edit) That was bagged Blaschak.

I picked up 2 tons a few weeks ago for 193.00 a ton bulk, not sure what brand it is but I thought that was a good price for western Pa.

I just called Calvin Lenig for rice... $140 a ton picked up. If my tired brain remembers correctly, that's the same price as last year. They did say to call ahead with an idea of when you're coming in and how much you want 'cause "we're a bit crazy here!". I know that every Saturday over the years that I've gone in, the pickups are lined up...as one pulls out, another pulls in.
