Here in central PA I am paying about $180 a ton for Hard Nut. I bought bags at a farm/feed store for around .40 cents each and bag it myself.

Paid around $320 for coal form American back in September. He did say the prices were going up in November though I'm not sure what they are now. I'm not in need of coal as of yet, maybe by the middle of January.

I burn bagged Kimmel's Coal from American Coal.

Just bought coal here in Nova Scotia, Canada. Paid $100 ton including delivery fee. Mind you they were going to charge $5 for delivery, but since I only live a few hundred feet from the coal yard, they did not charge.

Just had 5 tons of nut and stove mixed deliverd on 12/30/10. With the delivery it was190 a ton. From Francis Chervys Coal in Plymouth pa. There coal is from the Hazelton area. I picked up a ton back in the fall and liked the way it burned in my DSM #3. Now I am good on coal untill at least late winter early spring 2012.

Prices at Reese's in Quarryville went up $5 /ton to $210 since my last pickup load in December...rising diesel fuel cost.
