Dealer Requirments?

Dave or Matt, I was talking to a local business owner today about some gasket material for my Keystoker and we got on the subject of selling coal stoves. He owns a HVAC supply house and was interested in possibly selling some stoves also. He originally contacted Keystoker because thats what he uses for supplemental heat and they told him unless he was a coal dealer also they would not allow him to be a dealer for them. This is something I don't believe he is interested in because of lot size. I suggested he contact Leisure Line and talk to you guys about it also.

Are there any specific requirments to be a dealer for Leisure Line or is this something thats not open for discussion here?
