People are supporting tea party groups around the country from the grassroots up. They are regional with regional interests by and large. What few national points of interest the regional groups agree on, they agree on because they are fundamentals of good citizenship, good government, and good national character. If Koch or Freedom Works or any other major donor group wants to support these efforts, more power to them. I have no doubt the second they try to force an incompatible idea or issue to support upon the Tea Party as a national political force, the regional groups that comprise it will bolt and these interests will be left out in the cold with their pile of cash and no support.

I'd have loved for one of the Koch boys to slip me a couple bucks when me and my friends were shelling out for Tyvek and spray paint making Ron Paul signs.

Or maybe they could have given me gas money to go to the Tea Party Money Bomb event in Boston back in '07.

Funny, I don't remember them there. Or Dick Armey for that matter.

Some neo cons have been riding the coat tails of the Ron Paul Revolution to be sure. But the core is still there, using these fools money for their own purposes.

Anyone waging war against the socialist Obama is indeed my friend and a founder-style US patriot.
