Good to hear you made some progress.
If you can describe the path the boiler has to travel to get it out of the cellar we can help with that as well.

The pot should be taken apart and new gaskets be put in the Pot bushing should be replaced check the Auger Flights for sharpness if sharp replace the auger The Pot Auger bushing should be replace check bin Auger tube for rot if rotten
replace with 2" sec 40 or S.S. Pot Auger coupler & shaft check and see if the holes are egg shape where the cotter pins hold the shaft & Pot Auger together check the bushing behind the coupler on the shaft check the gearbox oil make sure it if full can be drained and replaced with fresh gear oil if you would like to. take baffle plate out along with the two back plates on the hooks clean the heat exchangers off reseal the two side plates on base check the gasket where the auger tube goes Thur base reseal breach /flue plate in back of base . DHW coil gasket replace it Base should not have any holes in it if there is patch with sheet metal . Reseal boiler to base putty base lips then stick boiler on base then go around and seal the outside up. Don't forget to fill oil pan up below drum gear when your ready to run the stoker . The gas holes in Pot Auger tube should be place in pot facing up push in until it hits the stop pin the auger tube has two slots cut in it push tube in until the slot hits the pin you may have to clean inside pot Auger tube hole around the shoulder area before the tube will set in place

Push in the pipe until it hits the shoulder of the pot, which is about 1/2" beyond the pin.
