Good golly, where did September go? It's been so beautiful it's almost like we had two Augusts this year. OK by me! If we can squeeze in two or three Septembers we might have another short winter!
It rained hard all night, but has already stopped. It's supposed to be a nice, yet cool, day. We're headed north so we should get a good view of the leaves changing. It's still amazing how green the grass is around here and how few trees have started changing color.
Oh, hey, just thought I'd mention...... I haven't had a cigarette in 5 days. Still chasing my blood pressure and it's time to say "I won't have a cig today", and to say it each day. I've been trying off & on the last few months to quit. I wish I could smoke 2 or three a day, but that does not happen, at least not for me. I'm either all in or out, and it has to be out. I can tell... it's different this time...... I'm done and done for good. I've quit in the past for 3 years at a time....twice I did that! Both times while on a vacation I lit up. Both times "I'm on vacation, I can have one pack & be OK". WRONG. I won't make that mistake again. Every day for the rest of my life I will choose, I must choose, "I won't have a cig today".

Enjoy the day!
You can do it Freddy!! I haven't smoked in years and cannot believe how much better I feel :D
