May I ask who you bought the coal from? I'm just across the mountain in Pike County from you and I have getting my coal from People's Coal in Stroudsburg. The $180 dollars delivered sounds quite appealing vs $210 delivered from Peoples Coal.

Nice delivery! Yeah, I had the same problem.... my "3-ton" bin wouldn't hold all of my 3 ton delivery. I dumped the rest on a tarp in front of the bin.
Wow, your bin WAS clean... Yeah, he could tell it was your first delivery. :D
Did you drill drain holes in the bottom 4 corners? The water on all that nice shiney rice will want to go somewhere.

Yep, it has so many holes on the bottom. Hope it didn't make the floor weak.

I envy you guys living out near Coal country. I did the math and couldn't come up with justifying expenses to go there and get bulk coal. I get Blazchek bagged and pile them up just outside the French doors into the cellar. My cellar is ground level in back of the house so I can wheel in a wheel barrow of bags. They don't design these new homes now for coal furnaces and bin usage.
