Yup, that time of the season...

1. I still have to finish cleaning mine out, it's mostly done.

2. Plus, get the new stove hooked up by building the heat exchanger and hooking it into the chimney and hooking up all the bells and whistles, temp gauges, draft gauge, Coaltrol, etc...

3. AND build my coal bin

4. order 3-4 tons for next season....my coal supplier is only 8 miles down the road....just need to get on "on the list" for delivery.

also putting in new windows in the house and more weatherstripping/insulation....should help. Phew....all in spare time!! (what's that?) hahaha. :)

Yep end of the season, on a good note at the rate it's going now May looks like it will about tie the best month last year which was January with 398 posts. 8)

Grand total of posts for last year Aug - May was 1817
*note that I accidently deleted about 1000  , not sure if those stats reflect that but I don't think they do so its probably closer to 3000.

Grand total of posts for last year Aug - May was 6904

Not bad, thanks everyone. :)

last thurs it dipped to the 40s, so I threw some bituminous in with some sticks and twigs left over from cutting the lawn. Let it get hot, It went out fri. morning cheating opec out of a few more $ I also need to build a basement coal bin before the buisness meeting, :occasion5: where I want to pick up about 1300 lbs. and not have to shovel twice.
