Wifey just renewed her drivers license. The new one looks like something out of a Buck Rogers episode.
Wavy lines all over, a kinegram, ghost image, ultraviolet images & a lazer-cut see-thru image of an outline of the crapfest of a state we live in.If you look here: http://www.mass.gov/rmv/license/MA_D301brochure1.pdf you will notice something on the license conveniently left unexplained in the description. In between 4a, which is ISS ( or in normal speak, the date you applied for the renewal ) & 4d, which is the license number, you'll find 9a which says END, then NONE below it. Who knows what code this is ... could be anything in this state. A way for the police to identify people driving without health insurance perhaps?
Actually, I wouldn't laugh at that nowadays .... 
Anyone know the "secret code" & what it means? Remember .... what happens in MA may trickle down to other states in the future, as we've seen with the obama administration's health care brainstorm.
