Thanks to Scrapper (& Ann Marie) and Coal Berner. My Nephew and I went to PA Wed afternoon and picked up my new heating appliance for the house. Great people, I had fun chatting and picking up the new to me 350. Scrapper set it up w/ S-20 and I should be more happy for a very long time. I had to take the base apart to get it off the truck myself. We didn't get home til Thurs morning at 2:30am. And both Thurs and Friday I had to work but I have managed to get a bit done already. Please don't mind the mess, Boiler is going in my shop. Im very excited to get 'er up and fired! 
.As I was told, all panels, joints... all sealed with HI temp RTV both inside and out. Around the S-20 mounting blocks and auger tube assembly. Getting closer!!
It's a shame to cover her up with the pannels. Wonder how many btu's would be lost without the insulation. The axeman someone posted at 5,000 btu's lost by square feet and temp, if the figure is correct. I thought of making covers but it seems to keep the heat under control.
