Corn and coal

I have a corn burner. Works with upto 50% wood pellets. I'm wondering if I can burn coal in it. Any ideas?

Unless it say it can use coal the answer is no. The only reason I don't give you an equivocal no is because I heard a rumor one corn stove manufacturer was working on a corn coal combo. Wood and corn are gong to have similar burn characteristics, coal is a whole other animal.
