I would check with Keystoker, but the back & top is normally 2 layers (for the hot air chamber) that the hot air blows out into the room, so the exhaust pipe would have to be welded to both pieces and make sure it is sealed. They probably don't recommend it, probably void your warranty if you do it yourself. Maybe your dealer would trade you?
My Keystoker 90K is a back/bottom exhaust, it comes out towards the side/corner, it is also a Direct Vent. But I have had it running as a natural chimney vented.
