I just keep thinking about how much I'm saving by having this stove that I just turned mine down low and open windows. It's not worth it to me to shut it down for a couple days. I saw the 10 day forecast and all it's saying is that I won't use a lot of coal but it will still be nice in the middle of the night when the temps get in the upper 30's and lower 40's. Keeping it going for those two days will cost me less than $10 but restarting it takes some time and my time is worth a little something to me. Also, in my 10 day forecast, there are only two days that don't have at least a chance of precipitation so, if nothing else, the stove will keep my house from feeling damp.
