yes, I agree they have been very helpfull, and the drivers do all of the work and come with a helper, I always give them a 20 for lunch, it takes them a little while and they actually climb in my coal bin and spread it around etc, no work for me. Im very pleased with the price as well, I have been reading about alot of other companys around here charging 220 + per ton delivered, I dont know if it makes a difference but I always order 4 tons and get it at 180 a ton oiled, I think its a great price and they give excellent service. I have nothing to compare it to but the price because I have never ordred coal from anyone else, I got there buisness card from the place I purchased my stove, S&T Coombe on 940 in Blakeslee.
