questions on uae coal

New to coal useage just got an alaska 140 stove and hooked up to duct work. Just bought someblakchak baged coal at 5.00 dollars a bag 30 bags in all to get started. Now wanting to get 3 tons of bulk coal.im wanting to know how clean uae coal is compared to others at the breakers? And will uae oil their coal to keep down dust?
