While I love my stove, I do not load it through the top swing-up load door as I have found I have no control over where the coal lands. (I have found many chunks lodging themselves between the grates & the glass window)
Instead, I load it conventionaly (with a small hand shovel) throught the large window door at the front of the unit.
Anyone else have loading experience with the Harman TLC 2000?
