I just got 6000 lbs of rice coal on craigslist for 100.00 buck. you know whats wrong with
people today they are lazy. it took me about an hour to fill with a shovel two f250 full beds.
a little hard work does have it's reward. also my entre heating season for 100.00, oil would
have been about 3,200.00.

You paid money for that old coal...
The last SSM coal haul the lady asked how much I was going to charge her to take away the coal... :o
I told her I would haul it for free because I heat with it...
I would have been bad Karma to let her pay me to heat my house... ;)

Years ago I had a customer who had their boiler break, they switched to gas.

They had about 2 or 3 tons of rice left in the basement so they called me about finding someone willing to take it for free, the guy was old and couldn't do it anyway. I couldn't find a single customer in the area willing to go and take it out of the basement. Wasn't even that hard of a job because you could back right up to the cellar door and the bin was at the bottom of the stairs.

I am crowing right now myself!!! I am staring at 3/4 ton of free nut coal that I got via Craigslist today in Parsippany, N.J. It was only about 30 miles out of the way from my work. So I figure it cost me about $10.00 in gas and beer! Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free!! ;)
