Has the Forum been VERY SLOW for other members??

It's on and off, still trying to determine if it's my problem or my hosts. Talking to abdul isn't getting me very far.

yep,it is off & on---it's definetly just our site--I'm still on DSL Richard --you'll get it straightened out---most of my conversations with Abdul,consist of--WHAT

Maybe abdul has a leg cramp and isnt pedeling evenly or gout err missing goat and is unhappy

Yes, still intermittently slow. Have also noted some double and triple posts. Don't know if it's related.

What happens is they make the post and it gets posted correctly but then the redirect to the new posts never loads. Then they hit the back button and resubmit it and you get double post.

I wasn't here for a few days, but it's been slowing down intermittently today here as well. I have cable internet through PenTeleData, I usually never have problems with them, other sites are working fine.

I wish Abdul would get this straightened out--it may be my fault & he is getting me ready for that drop to dial-up I'm having to do

You'll just have to spend all your time here, these pages are really light weigh. Other than the new images you won't have cached it's only about 10K a page which is a few seconds with 56K.

I'll have to warn you, you're going to run into a lot of trouble many sites, they simply don't cater to 56K anymore even stuff that should be simple.

I've noticed lots of sites getting slower & slower this past year. My DSL connection used to be just as quick as my buddy's cable connection. Now he's stayed the same while my Verizon DSL is like dial up at double the cost.
