LOL, thats laughable!!! Now, perhaps if they would instead find a way to get the knuckle-headed kids to learn to read and do mathmatics at an early age so much violence may not exist... As recent study has shown that only 12% of black male 4th graders are proficient at reading and only 12% percent of black male 12th graders are proficient at mathmatics!!!!! Ya don't say maybe we have a problem here... Someone help these knuckle-draggers find a life outside of crime where they can contribute to society instead of being the heavy burden that they historically have proven to be... As the great (hahaha) Jesse Jackson would say, "This is an outrage" !!! Get rid of public housing, food stamps & everything else they get for free, make them do some community service to earn that welfare check. Sweep the filthy streets, pick up the litter in the empty lots anything that takes idle time off their hands, when they have nothing to do it creates problems. And most of all don`t reward them for produceing more generations of slugs if they would gradually decrease their free benifits there would be less of them. They can`t change generations of mistakes overnight but they can start gradually.

Agreed 110%, the entitlements MUST stop and these people MUST learn how to fit into society as co-contributors not like they do now, stand there with their hands out and blame those of us that pay their way for their fabricated misfortunes... Agreed 220%!! That's the biggest problem in this state for soooo many reasons ... not the least of which is responsible for getting these imbeciles in our state gov't re-elected decade after sickening decade.

The handful of cities in MA have RUINED this state - Worcester, Springfield, Boston, Lawrence, Lowell, Fall River ... all *censored* dumps -- the products of public assistance. I believe to the point of no return. Hope is dismal for MA ...

I am a secret spy for the teachers' Union. I am going to have you both arrested for even thinking that it is our wonderful public schools that are letting them down. The problem is money, do you know that us teachers, union teachers have only gotten a 50% raise this year the next thing you ingrates will want is for us to actually perform. I am going to call a teacher strike so all you pathetic parents will have to take off of work and pay for daycare. That 'll teach you. Hey Duengeon master, today down in Kensington, only a few miles down the road from you, a few fellas are having a Dungeons and Dragons playoff... It is being hosted by Tron Johnson, Jerome Butts and Quanshure Ramsey... They don't play with cards though, they use 20 bags O' crack rocks, 9mm's, shady street cats, and Buicks with 22's, heck, they may even use matches, gasoline and an old brick building or two...
