Anyone in my area (Winchendon,ma) looking to buy some Blaschak coal? http://squierlumber.bravocart.com/viewCategories. ... egoryID=85 is selling their coal @ $334.80 a pallet (1.2 tons) equals $279. a ton. Around here http://www.spurias.com is selling theirs for $325 a ton while http://www.hardwarestore.com quoted me $405 a pallet.

Chris from Squier Lumber quoted me a price for shipping of 1st pallet $80, 2nd pallet $12 and the 3rd pallet $8, total of a $100 for shipping. I asked him what his truck could handle and how much for an extra stop and he said his truck could handle up to 14 skids and shipping would be $100 for anything between 3 and 14 skids. At this point in time I'm only looking to get 2 pallets and was wondering if anyone else in the area was interested in buying some coal to help cut down the cost of shipping? Even with my two skids the price would only be $380.80 a pallet compared to $405 and it would be delivered to my door. That seems like the best deal I can find around here in my area. Anyone interested in buying some coal or know of a better deal?

Wow - they've gone up $20/ton from last year. Still not a bad price though, for around here ... but if everyone keeps increasing the price I'll just have to start looking into a TT load.

I'm set with my coal for the year, but I might be able to help with shipping. I could pick up, pay for, & haul the 2 skids up to you for the cost of the skids plus $80 ... and I'll even help you tear down the skids & stack them wherever you want. I could use the cash. ;)

In a pinch I could haul 5 skids ... but I'd be waaaaay overloaded. 2- 4 is no problem.
